This is a short, calming online session designed to help you pause at the end of the year and take stock. It’s a space to reflect, consider what you want to carry forward into 2026, and notice what might be ready to be released.
We’ll spend time in guided personal reflection and offer a few simple wellbeing tools, no pressure to talk or share, and nothing heavy. Participation is optional. The session is for reflection, not therapy.
Places are limited to keep the group small and contained.
